Conference postponed

Dear conference participants!

On March 26-27, 2020, it was planned to hold the conference “CIS Sugar Market 2020”.

To date all necessary organizational actions have been carried out, the readiness of the conference exceeds 95%. More than 300 participants from 20 countries all over the world were registered.

However, due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection (2019-nCoV) in many countries of the world, the conference participants are increasingly concerned about the possible risks associated with holding mass events and ask the organizers to postpone the conference to a later date.

The Government of the Russian Federation, the Moscow City Hall, the Ministry of Health of Russia and Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing take measures aimed at limiting and not spreading coronavirus infection among the population. Currently, the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin high alert in Moscow extended until April 10.

Given the current situation and in order to avoid causing harm to the health of the conference participants, the organizers decided to postpone the Conference.

New dates for the conference will be announced additionally after the complete removal of the high alert on the territory of the city of Moscow.

In 2020, the international conference will be held on March 27 in Moscow, at the Radisson Slavyanskaya hotel (2 Europe square). IKAR is an organizational partner of conference.
